Survive and Thrive January Programme 2023

The Marie Keating Foundation will host a free online survivorship workshop for men and women recovering from cancer as part of our Survive and Thrive series. The Survive and Thrive workshops will include advice from a health care professional on issues that cancer survivors often face including living with uncertainty, managing stress and fatigue and changing nutritional needs.

These  survivorship workshops will begin on Tuesday the 10th January with a practice session from 6 pm to 7 pm and will convene each Tuesday at 6:15pm to 9pm  for six weeks beginning on the 17th January, the last session will be on Wednesday 22nd February.

You need to be able to commit to attending all the seven sessions

January’s programme will be facilitated by Marie Keating Foundation Nurse  Col Conway and cancer survivor, Liam Cuddihy.

The course is free to attend but places are limited and registration is essential.
