The cancer hasn’t spread to your lymph nodes or other distant organs.

Stage 1A –  the cancer is up to 3cm in size.

 

 

 

Stage 1B – the cancer is between 3cm and 4cm in size. The cancer may also be growing into structures such as the main airway of the lung and/or the membrane covering the lung.
