This January, we want to help you kick off your year the right way with the Your Health, Your Choice Challenge.
By taking on the Challenge and committing to doing the recommended 10,000 steps per day, for 20 days, you can start to get fit, while also reducing your risk of cancer.
You can clock up your 10,000 steps any way you like, be that walking to and from the shops, running after the kids, or simply going for a walk at lunchtime. The important thing is that you are moving.
Don’t worry, you’re not in this alone. When you sign up for the Challenge, you will receive a free meal plan and warm up guide to help make the challenge as simple as possible. All you need to do to receive these resources is SIGN UP!
