The Marie Keating Foundation will host a free seminar as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month for people affected by breast cancer.

Learn from our experts about way to Survive & Thrive during & after treatment. Topics include:

  • Managing the physical effects of the illness with Carol Spillane, Breast Care Nurse, St James’s Hospital;
  • Diet & Nutrition with Eleanor Sutton, Nutritionist;
  • Physical Activity & Exercise with Marie Murphy, Consultant Exercise & Nutrition Specialist & former Olympian;
  • Mindfulness &
  • Breast Cancer Patients Story.

The seminar will be held in the Albert Hall, Royal College of Surgeons, St. Stephen’s Green from 6.15pm -8.30pm, Tuesday 24th of October.

The course is free to attend but places are limited and registration is essential.
