Christmas 2018 Appeal

"When you're told your cancer has returned, it's the worst news you can receive. My world just stopped and all I could think of was how will I tell my children"

Aisling, 48, secondary lung cancer patient

Help us help people like Aisling this Christmas

This Christmas we need your help to support people like Aisling, who are facing into the reality that their cancer has returned. For many survivors this is a fear they live with from the moment treatment ends, and at the Marie Keating Foundation we believe no one should have to go through this alone.

Each year thousands of people receive the news that no cancer survivor wants to hear, ‘your cancer is back’. At the Marie Keating Foundation our aim is to ensure that no one goes through cancer alone. But we need your help to do this. The Marie Keating Foundation is marking our 20th anniversary, and this Christmas we want to raise €50,000 so over the next 12 months we can provide support to 50 men and women through our Positive Living and Survive & Thrive programmes.

By donating just €20, or whatever you can, you can help us help people dealing with the reality that their cancer has returned. We receive no government funding and rely on the generosity of the public to deliver our services. If you can help, please do. Thank you.
