Your time, support and talents are vital to keeping the Marie Keating Foundation going. Simply put, we couldn’t continue without your help.
Help us raise life-saving funds to beat cancer in Ireland. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved and help raise funds for the Marie Keating Foundation. All you need is a little time to spare and the motivation and dedication to beat cancer.
Would you consider helping us by taking part in an on-street collection or bag pack? Are you a nurse who has a day to volunteer with our Mobile Information Units every now and then? Perhaps running is not your thing but you could help out at one of our charity 5km’s or cycles?
How would I be helping to beat cancer?
As a volunteer, you are helping the Marie Keating to continue with the vital work we do. For example, we need funds to help keep our mobile information units on the road. These units visit over 300 locations every year, spreading the word about cancer awareness and prevention, and encouraging people to visit their doctor if they notice something amiss. We also urgently need funds to keep our Comfort Fund going. This allows us to give small grants to people that are financially affected by a cancer diagnosis- for example, to help them with childcare or household bills.
