The Marie Keating Foundation is holding a free 6-week Positive Living course for people living with metastatic breast cancer. The course will take place in the Ashling Hotel, Dublin 8, starting on Friday, 30 September, each Friday for 6 weeks. The course will take place from 2pm – 4.30pm.

Each week, an expert will cover topics such as:

• Working with your medical team & managing side effects
• Coping with the emotional impact of metastatic cancer
• Sexuality & relationships
• Altered body image, positive appearance & well-being
• Mindfulness
• Physical activity and stress management

Positive Living is free to attend but registration is essential.

Please note, there will be no class on Friday, 15 October as there will be an event to mark Metastatic Breast Cancer Day on Wednesday, 13 October from 10am-12pm instead.
