Cancer Survivorship Course

The Marie Keating Foundation are holding a 6-week Survive & Thrive programme for men and women who have survived any type of cancer

The course will take place at the Amber Springs Hotel, Gorey, Co Wexford from Thursday 6 April to 11 May 2017,

6p.m – 8.30p.m

Each Week, a Survive & Thrive expert will cover topics such as:

• Coping with feelings and change after cancer
• Managing side effects after treatment
• Nutrition for survivors
• Physical activity and stress management
• Mindfulness
